Application procedure

If you wish to study social work, social or special education, or intercultural work at our college, you must first be nominated by your home university.

The Erasmus program coordinator at your university must confirm that you have been officially nominated and send the nomination (preferably by email) to the Jabok International Office by the specified deadline.
We will confirm the nomination and notify both the sending institution and the applicant.

• You will then be asked to fill out the online Learning Agreement in collaboration with your home university.
• The document must be approved and signed by all three parties involved—the student, the sending university, and the receiving university.
• The LA is the only document that must be signed BEFORE your arrival.

The rest of the necessary paperwork for you to become our Erasmus student will be handled during the Orientation Days before classes begin.
